Sempra's Center of Excellence, was the vehicle that helped transform their multiple information technology departments into a single integrated group, with vastly improved design and implementation skills, and a repository of reusable code that has significantly lowered their new project and lifecycle application costs. David also led the Cayenta, Inc. team, that helped dramatically and rapidly turn around Waste Management's visibility into their finance, accounting, and billing systems, after a disastrous integration project disabled their capabilities, and caused them to lose billions of dollars in shareholder value and confidence.
